The service

Pestbook provides software for running a pest control business. Plans are month to month or yearly, billed in advance. You can cancel any time; service runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Trial

New accounts get a 14-day trial with a card on file. We email you 3 days before the first charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Compliance tools are not legal advice

Pestbook includes tools and reminders built from summaries of state and federal pesticide rules. Rules change and have exceptions. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to your business and for the accuracy of your records. Pestbook does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that using it makes you compliant.

Payments

Payment processing is provided by Stripe and subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Pestbook charges a platform fee on payments processed through it, shown in your plan details.

Texting and AI

You agree to text only customers who gave consent and to honor opt-outs; the product enforces STOP requests. AI features draft work for your review. Automations that act on their own run only when you turn them on.

Your data

You own your data. You can export it to CSV at any time, including after you cancel, for 90 days.
