Questions
Are texts really unlimited?
Yes. Reminders, on-my-way texts, receipts and two-way texting with customers are all included. We pay the carrier fees.
What counts as a truck?
A technician running a route on a given day. Office staff, sales reps and your accountant are free users.
What does the AI receptionist cost?
It's included up to your plan's minutes each month (Solo 200, Crew 600, Company 1500). Past that it's 20¢ a minute, and you see the count on your dashboard before you get near it.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Pay monthly, or yearly for two months free. Cancel in one click.
How do card payments work?
Through Pestbook Payments, built on Stripe. You pay Stripe's standard processing rates plus 0.5% to us, and money lands in your bank on Stripe's normal schedule. Bank (ACH) payments cost far less than cards for recurring plans.
Will you help me switch?
Yes, free. Upload your exports and the importer does it, or send them to us and we will.
How does the free trial work?
14 days with everything on. We remind you 3 days before it ends, and you can cancel in one click from Settings.
