Step 1
Export from your old program
Customers, service plans, open balances, service history and products. We have a guide for each program, and if you can't find an export, a spreadsheet works.
Step 2
Upload and look
We match your columns, read “Q”, “quarterly” and “every 3 months” as the same thing, put every address on the map, and flag duplicates and problems. Nothing is saved yet.
Step 3
Import, or undo
Press import when the preview looks right. Changed your mind? Undo the whole import in one click.
Step 4
Move saved cards
We give you a letter to send your old processor so saved cards move to your new account. Customers whose cards can't move get a text with a secure link to add one.
