What the AI receptionist can and can't do
It answers when the office is busy or closed, books and reschedules from your real schedule, answers from your own policies and price ranges, takes new leads and texts you a summary. It only does what you've turned on in Settings, AI & automations. It never changes prices, cancels service or promises refunds.
